The TP10S is a dedicated CNC device for torgue shaft press brakes, capable of controlling the X, Y,R,and ( axes. The product supports two installation methods: panel mounting and suspended mounting.It is equipped with a 10.4-inch high-resolution TFT color LCD screen, featuring an integrated industrial- grade touch interface for easy operation. The system includes a USB interface,which facilitates parameter backup and program upgrades. It supports angle programming, plate width adjustment, and inner/outer diameter compensation functions, along with libraries for upper and lower dies, programs, and materials. The system also supports large arc bending functionality,allowing each product to incorporate large arc bends, The Y-axis encoder function enables setting of upper dead points and variable speed points to enhance processing efficiency. Valve logic programmability is supported as well, With bus control servo technology the system simplifies electrical design, providing an ideal solution for high-end torque shaft press brakes.
